Rubber Mexico developed a transfer mold that can produce over 1000 parts per cycle of these tiny bumpers/stopped for an OEM electrical switch manufacturer. Rubber Mexico used custom fixturing to use a glass table inspection system to do a 100% inspection for these small parts that are challenge to inspect because of the geometry. Over 10,000,000 pieces per year of these small parts are inspected on an inspection machine measuring the cross section, taking photos from above, photos from below, and 7 photos around the parts. Measurements, and cosmetic inspection is being done. The machine automatically separates the good parts from the bad parts at a speed of around 5 parts per second.

Reach out to Rubber Mexico for all your critical rubber parts that are sub gram in size! We have the knowledge, team and experience to supply these types of products in low to high quantity and ensure the best quality.
