Grommets
We manufacturer a wide spectrum of grommets for automotive and industrial applications. The most common materials that we use for grommets currently is silicone, SBR, and EPDM. We have the top of the line vacuum 3RT compression molding machines to mold complex parts in very high volume. We have decades of experience with designing the best grommet to fit into a variety of applications and our engineering team is able to provide recommendations to your team to ensure the correct material and design is chosen. We are a cost effective supplier being one of the largest rubber manufacturers in Mexico, being experts in efficiently making grommets, and because we are vertically integrated compounding our own rubber internally.
We have a visual inspection system that is able to inspect every part from 7 different angles, including from below through a high quality glass table. We inspect flash, cross section, diameters, as well as look for visual issues like non fills, inclusion of foreign materials, uncured spots and more in 100% of the parts we make up to 80mm in diameter. This system automatically sorts out the parts out of spec and ensures that 100% of the parts we ship to our customers meet the requirements.
We make our tooling in house with our large CNC machine shop with 38 CNC machines which allows us to have a quick turn around and provide low cost tools to our customers. We are the go to experts for cost effective grommets, with 100% inspection, cheap tooling and quick turnarounds.
