Rubber Mexico is a top manufacturer of compression molded mats including floor mats, tables mats, tool mats/trays, safety matting and other customer matting.

We make rubber floor mats for industrial, and OEM applications. We have presses up to 10ft x 6ft in size with multiple levels for large high volume mats. The common materials that we use are crumb rubber with polyurethane binder, SBR, natural rubber, EPDM, NBR and devulcanized rubber mats.

We have custom compounds that are made internally to meet most common requirements for floor mats, and can develop new compounds for specific new requirements. We have large mixers for crumb rubber as well as banbury mixers for rubber compounds.

We are the most cost competitive rubber mat manufacturer in North America with competitive pricing with India and China even without tariffs. We have a strong supply chain with the key raw materials coming from the USA by rail and bulk truck. We have the scale to handle the most high volume mats, and all of our tooling is made in house with our large machine shop so we can handle many new projects at the same time.

We are able to apply a wide variety of textures and patterns including SPI texture, Mold Tech textures, diamon plate patterns, round ribbing patterns, corrugated pattern, hexagon patterns and much more.
