Polyurethane Molding Specifications

  • Shore Hardness

    70A to 88A, 88B, and 94A accommodating applications from soft seals to rigid structural components.

  • Part Dimensions

    From small precision parts of 1 in to very large components around 7 in, with custom inner and outer diameters for tubing and rods. 

  • Precision Tolerances

    We work with standard angular tolerances of ±3°, two decimal places of ±.030, and three decimal places of ±.015. However, tolerances can be adjusted for specific projects.

  • Key Properties

    Outstanding abrasion resistance, high load-bearing capacity, impact performance and the ability to hold an edge, even in demanding operating environments.

Minimum order quantities vary by part size, complexity and tooling requirements. Contact us for a project-specific quote.

What hardness range can you cast?

We work with polyurethane from 370A to 88A small, 88B, and 94A, so we can match the hardness to your application, from soft isolators to rigid, load-bearing components.

Can you work with my existing part design, or do you offer design support?

Our in-house engineering team can work from your existing specifications or help optimize your part for material performance, durability and production cost.

Do I need a technical drawing to request a quote?

Not necessarily. A description of your application and requirements is enough to get started — if you have a technical drawing or spec sheet, our team will follow up with instructions to share it securely.

In what format should I submit my technical drawings?

The standard format we use is PDF, but we also accept technical drawings in TIF format.

Can you quote low-volume or prototype projects?

Yes, we work with both prototype and full production volumes — let us know your estimated quantity so we can recommend the right approach.

Do you sign NDAs for confidential projects?

Yes. All project information shared with us is kept strictly confidential, and we’re happy to sign an NDA for projects that require one.
